Welcome to the Bury Hockey Club website. It is currently being updated for the 2010/2011 season.
Fitness training has started on Wednesday evenings for ladies at Nowton Park, 7pm.
Pre-Season Stick and ball training will commence 7th September. Mens will be on Tuesdays 7-9 at Culford, Ladies will be on Wednesdays 7:30-9 at Culford and Juniors will be mixed on a Wednesday night this year from 6:30-7:30 also at Culford.
Mini's will commence on 5th September from 10-12 at Nowton Park Astro.
Club open day will be on 5th September from 12-4 at Nowton Park Astro. This will follow staright on from the mini's just before. There will be many activities for all to take part in including skills competitions and games. This will be free but we need donations to help keep the club running successfully.
Social Events. We are hoping to get more events running this year for all members of the club. The first few are a trip to the Womens Champions Trophy in Nottingham, Paintballing, and a couple of social evenings. For more details go to the Social Events calander above. Anybody requiring new kit this year will be able to order directly on the Web. This will bcome live shortly and you will be able to order through a link on this page. Keep looking out for further details.
